ORIENTATION
Objective:
After the program, the participants will be able to:

1. Learn and understand the meaning of 7 “s” and it’s


applications.

2. Practice 7S at work and at home.

3. Appreciate the importance of 7S to the development and


improvement of the company.

4. Use 7S as ground tools for QMS and EMS and as foundation


for KAIZEN.

SWEEP POLICIES/PROCEDURES
1. Do not wait until things get dirty. Clean your workplace,
including machines, and equipment, tools and furniture
regularly so that they do not have a chance to get dirty.

2. Remove dust and cobwebs from walls.

3. Paint walls and ceilings with bright color.

4. Prepare cleaning schedules and assign a person responsible


for equipment and maintenance of an area or storage.
