licences which came into effect from 1 April
2010.PAF® contains all 28 million UK residential and
business delivery addresses and postcodes.

Project implementation is to outline the
approach for the development and implementation of Local
Action Plans in a further 10 Royal Mail Areas during 2008-9.

common platform of operation
