capable of handling every conceivable design in Mechanical
Engineering and Allied fields.

in the power sector.

Activities as a Service Engineer
• Coordinated overhaul, servicing & installation of heavy duty pumps (circulating water pumps) with a capacity of
17,700m3/h (one of the biggest pumps in West Africa) used for steam turbine power plant cooling system.
• Repair and overhaul of steam turbine power plant pumps and air compressing system.
• Troubleshooting & fault analysis of Acid and caustic metering pumps used in demineralization plants used for steam
turbine plants.
• Maintenance and modification of trash rakes and band screen for lagoon water intake in steam plants.
• Servicing of lagoon water pumps.
• Maintenance of water treatment plant which includes water clarifiers & demineralization plants.
• Servicing and maintenance of mechanical valves – butterfly valves (used in Demineralization plant); ball valves
(used in gas control system); Globe valves in Feed water system etc.
• Annual inspection of 4 Nos pneumatic air of pressure of 800kPa with a maximum flow rate of 170m3/min.
• Equipment Maintenance of ; - 1.5 MW black-start emergency diesel generator.
- 24.5 MW GE frame V gas turbine generator.
- High pressure shell and tube feed water heaters and coolers.
- Steam Condenser.
• Overhaul/Commissioning Engineer of three 220MW Steam Turbines.
