Issues Faced
- The overheads are getting higher as we have now rented out a warehouse and have one
more additional staff to do creative crafts in house. We need to tide over the initial months
till the website ecommerce is up and running
- We need to scale and looking for an alternative to setting up warehouses
- we want to standardize the backdrop design so we don't have to do it manually every time.
