will make our heart and body to function well. If

obesity, heart attack and so on which have become
a serious problem nowadays. We also have to avoid
fast food which is not good for our health.
However, do not over-exercise as it is dangerous
and can cause some other unexpected problems.

 Firstly, I can learn the theme of friendship
through Fritz and Rudolf Rassendyll. The evidence
is Rudolf is chasing after Rupert of Hentzau in the
forest. Rupert is running very fast. Rudolf tries his
best but he cannot continue chasing because he is
wounded. So he faints. Rudolf asks Fritz to chase
him but Fritz refuses to because he wants to save
his friend, Rudolf.

 Firstly, I could learn the theme of friendship
through Fritz and Rudolf Rassendyll. The evidence
can clearly be seen when Fritz stops chasing after
Rupert with Rudolf Rassendyll after noticing that
Rudolf faints and needs help. He does not want to
run after Rupert as he thinks that his friend is
more important than his enemy. Here, I could
learn that the friendship between Rudolf and fritz
is very true and I learn that I must value the
friendship in my life.
