ARCHITECTURE AND ITS IMAGERY OF GLOBAL BUSINESS CENTRE WITH THE COMBINATION
OF CLEAN MODERN TRUNK WITH A SUBTLE DESIGN THAT EXPRESSES THE CULTURE AND
TRADITIONS OF MALAYSIA

 IT WAS CONCEPTUALISED TO BE A ‘CITY WITHIN A CITY’ TO HOUSE THE GALORE OF

 THE MAIN CONFERENCE ROOM AND BANQUET ARE ON THIS LEVEL THAT IS THE LIFTS AND ESCALATORS IN THE CENTRE CORE.
MAINLY ACCESSED BY THE CORE OF ELEVATORS AND ESCALATORS.
REGISTRATION COUNTERS ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE EACH OF THE HALLS ALONG WITH SELF
 THE PLENARY HALL BALCONY IS ACCESSED FROM THE GROUND FLOOR VIA CONTAINED AREAS FOR EVENTS.

DESIGN AND 21 ESCALATORS BY FUJITEC COMPANY.
DETAILED DESIGN OF ALL ACOUSTICS AND VIBRATION CONTROL FOR THE PROJECT.
 SPECIAL VIP LIFT ARE PROVIDED FOR THE DIRECT EXCESS TO THE PLENARY HALL.
 THERE WAS DESIGN CHALLENGE WITH LONG SPAN FLOORS FOR THE PLENARY HALL UPPER
TERRACE, THE BANQUET AND CONFERENCE HALLS.
 FREIGHT LIFT: DIMENSIONS OF THE FREIGHT LIFTS ARE 6.3 METRES (LENGTH) BY 2.75
 THE LARGE METAL ROOF ALSO REQUIRED HIGH PERFORMANCE AIRBORNE AND RAINFALL
METRES (WIDTH) BY 2.6 METRES (HEIGHT) WITH MAXIMUM LOAD OF 7 TONNES. ITS
IMPACT NOISE INSULATION IN ALL THE HALLS AND FUNCTIONAL SPACES
