ALLISON CLARK
 Allison clark is a woman who likes to work.
 She works as an executive assistant in a client
service commision with a Disability Rehabilitation
Apartment.
 She supervised a three person staff of female
minority group members.
 She has not reluctant and shyness of his supervisor
and does not like to watch over the worker.
 And she has a reponsibility to supervise the day to
day work.
JOHSON WILMA
 Wilma Johnson was the senior secretary, having
been with the commissioner for over eight years
and were grade 8 in the civil service system.
 Wilma Johmson also is very prefessional and
competent,able to handle her various tasks
skillfully and effectively.
Joan Carter
 Handled more of the technical procedures.
 She also handled operations associated with
dissability rehabilitation matters.
 In her positions for just over a year,she beginning to
achieve proficiency in this complex area and also
doing an adequate job.
 Joan are grade 8’s in the civil service syestem,with
Wilma.
 Joan is a person who are supported the plan Allison
Clark,with Wilma.
LENORA HASKINS
 Lenora Haskins, a 21-years old office clerk,grade
6.
 However,her performance in that job was
lethargic and unispired.
 She had to be supervised closely on a regular
basis and while the work she did met minimum
standards.
 There were occasional errors and lapses.
 Almost bored by the cross-training efforts.
 Lenora could not do the work.
 Lenora’s recuctance to participate in the work of
the office could be especially troublesome when
things got busy.
 Cauntioning her about her lackadaisical approach
to her work.
 Le’s reaction were difficult to gauge, although she
did not appear every enthusiastic after the
meeting.
 Lenora is just not pitching in.
 Lenora won’t help out.
 She either ignore me or really complains about
helping.
TED MATTHEWS
 He suggested that they avoid any union problems
by giving Lenora a temporary adjust ment in
salary, if lenora performed well,she would be
given a permanent increase to a grade 7.

- Allison should don’t ignore the problem and intervene as soon
as possible.Becauseit is important Allison to take actions as
soon Lenora negative behavior pattern becomes evident and if
it left untouched.Lenora problem will only escalate and
gettingworse.
- Besides,Allison should also research the problempersonally why
Lenora behavior being like that and try tohelp problematic
Lenora to get back on track.But if allwhat Allison doing is
fail,terminationmaybe necessary for Lenora because if Lenora
still continues to deny her inappropriate behavior and refuse
to try a changd and improved Allison need to terminated
Lenora from her work.
