光伏阵列将太阳能转变成直流电能，经逆变器的逆变后（直-交），接入变压器，经升压后，接入
中压或高压电网。
The Photovoltaic module converts solar energy into electric energy in the form of DC
energy. Converted again by the inverter, it becomes AC energy, flowing into the
transformer, then being boosted and injected into Medium or High Voltage Power
Grid.

逆变器是光电能量转化中的核心。
The inverter is key part of process of the photoelectric conversion.

接输入直流正极
connect to DC
1、直流输入侧接线 input positive
DC input wiring wire

打开输入柜，拆下防护罩挡板，接线时注意电
源的正负极，正极接开关上的+极，负极接开
关上的-极，压接端子紧固牢靠。
Open the input cabinet, remove the
protective cover. When wiring, please
pay attention to the polarity, positive
wire connects to +; while negative wire
connects to -. Terminal must be
tightened. 接输入直流负极

注：正负极直流电缆进入直流柜时请务必采
用前后分开接线！ input negative
NOTE: when connecting the positive wire
and negative wire to the DC cabinet,
please be sure to use the front and
rear wiring!

2、交流输出侧接线
AC output wiring

打开输出柜，拆下防护罩挡板，母线相序对
接逆变器上的相序连接，压接螺栓紧固牢靠
并做好紧固记号。
Open the output cabinet, remove the
protective cover. Bus phase sequence
connects in accordance with the phase
sequence of the inverter. Screw
tightening and make signs.

3、逆变器控制电源接线
Inverter control power wiring Control power
AC220V
打开输出柜，拆下防护罩挡板，在输出柜的右侧下方
有控制接线端子，接线端子上1—2为控制电源进线
端，端子4—5为散热风机电源进线端，端子3—6为
接地保护线。
Open the output cabinet, remove the
protective cover. The control power terminal
is on the right bottom, the terminal 1-2
represent the input of the control power, the
terminal 4-5 represent power input of the
cooling fan, the terminal 3-6 represent the
protective earthing.

4、逆变器通讯控制接线
Communication cable wiring

打开输出柜，拆下防护罩挡板，在输出柜的右侧下方有
控制接线端子，端子1-2为RS485接线端口。
Open the output cabinet, remove the protective 1positive
cover. The control terminal is on the right 2negative
bottom, the terminal 1-2 represent wiring ports
of RS485.

注： RS485通讯电缆请务必采用双绞线，以免通讯信
号造成干扰 !
Note: The communication cables of RS485
must be twisted-pair wire, which avoids the
signal interference.

1、确认控制正常
Confirm the control power
打开输出柜挡板，确认图中所示位置接线紧
固，有AC220V电压输入。
Open the protective cover of the
output cabinet, confirm the
connection shown in the figure is
fastened and has AC220V power.

2、控制电源开关闭合
Confirm the control power
switch

在确保控制电压（AC220V）正常情况下，闭
合控制电源开关，如图所示（开关键往上）。
Make sure the control voltage
(AC220V) is acceptable, then close the
control power switch, shown in the
picture.

在确认直流输入端接线正确，连接可靠，电压正常 等接线
后装好外护罩的情况下，闭合72B1到72B16接线 回路

4、点击启动
Click the start button

如右图所示，直流DC、交流AC指示灯亮，无其
它指示灯亮，显示屏正常无故障显示，交直流
电压显示正常后，点击屏上主界面状态栏，点 启动
击“启动/停止” 。 start/停

the screen is normal and no fault is

5、按启动/停止键
Press the start/stop button

长按启动键二到三秒，之后输出柜中交流断路器发出声响， 启动start/
逆变器启动完成，反之长按停止键二到三秒机器停止。 停止stop
Press the “start” for 2 or 3 seconds, after the AC
circuit breaker in the output cabinet makes a
sound, the inverter starts completely. Instead,
press the “stop” for 2 or 3 seconds to stop the
inverter.

请严格按照以上顺序操作，不得违规操作。如按照上一页步
骤操作，如果不能正常开机运行，为保证您的安全，断开电
源，不要做任何操作，并与我们联系，谢谢！
Please strictly follow the above steps to operate the
inverter, do not violate the operation. If you follow
the above steps and the inverter do not response,
please disconnect the power supply to ensure your
safe, do not try any other operate and contact us,
thank you!

6.紧急停止
Emergency stop

可在紧急的情况下停止逆变器运行，按图中红框
标出的按钮即可。
Stop the inverter from running in an
emergency situation by pressing the
button marked in the Red box in the right
top figure.

复位时急停开关按照上箭头方向旋转，急停开关
弹起复位，所有的直流（72B1到72B16)开关应
复位一下，显示屏后的复位开关(RESET)向下按
下复位。显示屏上显示刷新，所有故障清除后，
运行逆变器。
When reset emergency stop button, rotate
the button according to the flow arrows,
then the button is bounce up. All the DC
breakers (72B1-72B16) need to be reset,
and the reset button at back side of the
screen should be pressed. Later the fault
disappears, start inverter again.

1、工作状态

2、逆变器待机状态
Standby

逆变器待机：逆变器的功率在待机功率以下
和太阳光照不足的情况下，逆变柜处于待机
状态，只有超过开机功率和太阳光照足的情
况下，逆变器会恢复为正常运行状态。待机
LCD灯在待机状态时绿灯亮，如图所示。
Inverter standby: if inverter running
power is under standby power or
solar energy is insufficient, the
inverter is in standby state.
The standby LCD light is green when
the inverter is on standby status, as
shown in the figure.

3.故障信息查看
Fault information view

当显示屏中INV FAULT灯亮时，代表逆变
器有故障，按照下面步骤排查故障。
When the INV FAULT light is on, the
inverter is facing fault. Please
troubleshoot any fault by following
steps.
It indicate problem with the inverter ,
follow there steps to troubleshoot.
①点击LCD显示屏“信息”栏（此“信息”是闪
烁的），以此进入故障显示界面，如图所示
的红框内。
①Click on the bar on the LCD
(blinking), enter the fault information
interface, shown in the Red frame of
the picture.

4.故障信息代码示意

②如图所示，红框标出的故障显示为<电网异常>，即电网欠
电压，以此可根据提供的信息采取相应的解决办法。
②As shown in the figure, the fault information
marked by the red frame is shown as <grid
abnormal>. This information can lead to a related
solution.

1、逆变器过滤网维护
Inverter filter maintenance

逆变器过滤网要定期清理，有破损要及时更换，
保持逆变器散热顺畅。机器运行应关闭所有逆变
器柜门，保持逆变器内部清洁。
Inverter filters should be cleaned
regularly, any filter with damage need be
replaced in time. The cabinet doors should
be kept closing when the inverter is
running.

2、单元电容检查
Capacitor unit inspection

逆变器电容要定期检查，查看是否有电容漏液，变形
等现象，如有破损应及时更换。（注意：拆开单元防
护罩检查时，一定要断开交直流电源开关，确认没有
交直流电后才可以进行检查）
Inverter capacitor units should be check
regularly to see if there is any capacitor
leakage liquid, deformation and other
phenomena. The capacitor unit should be
replaced if any damage has been found.
(note: Before removing the protective cover,
disconnect all power supplies first.)

3、逆变器室温湿度
Indoor temperature and humidity

查看逆变器室内温度应在-20～50℃，湿度应在 5～95%无凝，
如果过温或过湿应检查散热风机排风是否正常，查明原因排除故
障，湿度太大请先除湿后达到正常湿度方可运行逆变器。
The indoor temperature of container should be between
-20～50℃; while humidity of that should be between 5～
95%, without condensation problems. Over temperature
or humidity situation need to be solved by checking the
cooling fans and making them operating normally.
Restart the inverter after troubleshooting.

4、电缆进出线口封堵
Cable portal block off

逆变器室电缆进出线口在设备运行前必须进行
封堵，现场巡检时也要定期检查是否有脱落现
象，及时封堵。防止小动物进入机器内造成机
器损坏事故。
The inlet and outlet cable portal of the
inverter container must be block off
before the inverter running. Regular
check should be implemented to find
out any shedding which need to be
repaired in time.
