Wire drawing machines
Wires are drawn using Dry Blocker machines.
Dry Blocker machines of 2 to 11 blockers.
The two new machines, 7 Blockers and 11 Blockers, will give
a production of 600 and 800 MT per month respectively.

Patenting Furnace
Heat treatment of steel wires is done here.
Steel wires are heated according to their carbon content.
The LPG/Propane gas fired patenting furnace will have a
capacity of 1200 MT running with 36 wires.

9
Steel for Conductor Industry
Right wires and coils to be used in ACSR conductors.
These are galvanised with ceramic bath and ceramic sinker
plate, which insures uniform coating and superior surface
finish.
10
Steel for Steel Wire Rope
Steel wires which are used for steel wire rope, these wires
have high tensile and are phosphate coated.
Further these are also galvanized to ensure corrosion
resistance.
The wide range includes:
1. Wire dia: from 0.14 mm up to 5.00m
2. Wire ropes: 1.5 mm up to 32 mm in all standard constructions
