The Earth Program is the term used to describe the
Original Plan and Purpose of God for the living space
called Earth.

The Earth Program covers all the activities, events,

after the Creation leading up to the end of the world.

• The Earth Program began at the Council of Heaven
when the matters of Earth’s Creation were being
discussed, The Garden of Eden, The First Humans,
The Flood of Noah, The Call of Abraham and his
descendants. The Divine Selection of the Israel to
give birth to the Messiah before Salvation opened
up to the Gentile world, The End-Time Church, The
Last Events leading up to the Unveiling of the Anti-
Christ, The Final Judgment of Satan, and The New
Heaven & Earth. The following passages of

• The Pre-Earth Discuss is the concept used to
describe the discussions that went on in the Council
of Heaven before the Earth was eventually created.
• The Council of Heaven is made up of The Father, The
Son and The Holy Spirit. Angels are only part of the
Council of Heaven as witnesses and not
contributors. The 24 Elders are mostly likely to be
angels who are worship God day and night!
