Chief Complain : Pain at the back of the head
Anamnesis Suffered since 3 Hour ago .
Mechanism of trauma :
The patient got on board and the patient fell asleep and did not realize his hair was
wrapped around the ship's propeller. suddenly the patient wakes up and feels pain in
his head and his head looks covered in blood.
History of trauma
There was no history of syncope
There was no history of nausea and vomiting
There was no history of bleeding from nose, ears, and mouth
There was no history alcohol and drugs consumption
There was no history of previous medication
