One significant practical effect from studying business ethics and
applying then to your business is an improvement in the reputation of
your business. These things take time, but word of mouth is a powerful
force in society, and having friends and neighbors talking about how
you treated them right is the best advertising a business can have.

Studying business ethics changes outlooks and influences behavior.
Ethics provides a set of terminology and a conceptual framework with
which you can think and talk about ethical issues. Studying business
ethics will help you weigh the potential consequences of your business
decisions, and it will teach you to make moral distinctions and avoid
common fallacies that people often fall into when making decisions.

Establish Moral Manner and Productive Employee
When management is leading an organization in an ethical manner, employees
follow in those footsteps. Employees make better decisions in less time with
business ethics as a guiding principle; this increases productivity and overall
employee morale. When employees complete work in a way that is based on
honesty and integrity, the whole organization benefits. Employees who work for
a corporation that demands a high standard of business ethics in all facets of
operations are more likely to perform their job duties at a higher level and are
also more inclined to stay loyal to that organization.
IMPACT OF BUSINESS ETHICS
COURSE
Business ethics course changes the ethical problem
perceptions and ethical intentions of Business students
Experimental study conducted on 152 students divided
into two groups experimental group attended 10 hours
course on business ethics and control group who did not
attended the course.
Data analysis revealed that,ethical perceptions and
ethical intentions of experimental group significantly
increased after attending the course.

Development of ethical decision making skills gives students and
opportunity to achieve competitive advantage into job and prepares
them to become future business leaders.

Introduces students to both correct and incorrect ethical decisions and
unables them to solve complex situations.

Unethical decisions othen results from faulty rationalization
and external pressures.For example an order from a
manager can cause individual who are ethical and they have
to engage in unethical behaviors and characterize it as just
business

ethical opinions they also provide opportunity to
understand the reasons behind differences.As a result
students are able to expand their understanding of ethics

ATTENTION TO BRING ABOUT POSITIVE
CHANGES,THEY ARE CITIZENTS, CUSTOMERS AND
FUTURE MANAGERS OF ORGANIZATIONS THEY CAN
PLAY A VITAL ROLE IN DEVELOPMENT OF BETTER
SOCIETY.THEREFORE IT IS NECESSARY TO TAKE INTO
CONSIDERATION OF THIS ISSUE.
