HARASSMENT
Sexual harassment is any unwelcome sexual advance or
conduct on the job that creates an intimidating, hostile, or
offensive working environment.
Any conduct of a sexual nature that makes on employees
uncomfortable has the potential to be sexual harassment.

INTERPRETATION:
In the above graph represented by the number of
respondent women employees sexually harassed and
sexual misconduct at work place. So 18.11% women’s
are not sexually harassed in the work place,23.89% of
women’s a little harassing of the sexual, 28.07% very
sexually harassing and then finally 29.93% full
extremely sexual harassing in the small scale industries
in Hosadurga.
CONCLUSION:
Sexual harassment research is form of discrimination
that consist of harassment behavior Gender
harassment, unwanted sexual harassment attention,
sexual coercion. The sexual harassment behavior can
be either direct (targeted at an individual) or ambient.
The sexual harassment remains a persistent problem in
the work place at large.
