Introduction
• Rotatory power conversion machine is a system in
which we convert rotatory motion to the reciprocating
motion.

• It is very simple mechanism but very useful to perform


multiple task at a time.

• Working principle of this project is very simple. It


works on Dual scotch yoke mechanism.

PARTS DETAIL

• HACKSAW-
A saw with a narrow fine-toothed blade set in a frame.

• Electric motor
12V DC Motor
• Model frame

Model frame is the main supporting structure of the


model to which all the component are attached.

• DISC

Disc is fitted on the shaft of motor the internal


diameter of disc is same as the diameter of shaft.
The cylinder shape metal bar is fit on the eccentric
centre of disc this is known as the fifth and fix link.
• Battery

We use 12 V DC battery for run our motor.

WORK DUE
• Till now we have completed the assembly of some of our
components like we have completed the assembly of
motor to the bush and bush to the disk. Till now 50% of
the assembly is completed. The work to be completed is
connection of the slider to hacksaw and attachment of all
the remaining components to the work base. Then after
connecting it to the battery the hacksaw will work.
Conclusion & Future scope

• In this project we focusing on the working mechanism,


we try to maximum utilization of the power source.

• For the future perspective by using limit switches or


sensors automatic feeding mechanism for material can be
introduced.
