Admin Strengths
 ERP: This Business application is being used for management of business functions within a centralized
and integrated System.

 Support Services Business Applications: Applications like Support Services Management Systems,
Contract Management System, Visitor Management System, R&I etc has helped the Admin to handle
variety of admin related services.

 Centralized Archiving Facility: This facility is available in Islamabad has helped the Commission to
place its Archived record at a centralized place and to retrieve the file expeditiously.

 Annual Procurement Plan: Procurement plan is being made at start of each financial which helps the
Admin to plan and execute purchase process rather effectively.

 Compliance of PPRA Rules: This helps to ensure transparency and also to avoid external audit
observations.

 Transparency in Purchase Process: The Commission's books of accounts has been audited by AGPR
for last three years and no single observation is raised.

 Timely Payments to Vendors: The Commission has the history of making timely payments.

 User’s Satisfaction: The Admin department has been proactively providing support to all departments
with regards to Allied Services, Event Management, Transport and Medical related requisitions.

 Lack of Capacity Building Opportunities
 Space Constraints for Office Accommodation.
 Insufficient Space to keep active record for
operational departments.
 Mostly Commission's office are housed at rented
buildings.
 The existing vehicle policy is required to be
modified in line
 Time consuming purchases process which
sometime delays availability of required items.

understating of User
 Barcoded Assets Tagging Project.
 Renovation of SECP Fitness Centre.
 Renovation of CRO Karachi and CRO Lahore.
