Lorelai has a hard
time making
friends
Lorelai is very independent and self-motivated, and
sometimes has a problem with communicating in
English. Therefore, her independent mindset and her
not feeling confident in speaking English causes her
to not talk to anyone

During the
interview...
Lorelai had no problem talking to me, and was very
open with me and answered all of my questions.
However, when she returned to her seat, upon
observation, the talkative and outgoing personality
went away, and she sat down quietly by herself.

Lorelai is very bright at at the

can I help transfer her outgoing
energy into making friends?

Two different groups of people to work with:
◈ Students whose first language isn’t English,
and fall towards the middle of the class,
grades wise
◈ Students whose first language is English,
but fall towards the top of the class
