Database Upload Database Download

1. It is required to upload the V-Node configuration data and save it regularly if NE configuration
data changed.

2. But it is not required to download data to NE unless necessary. The backup NE data is stored
in flash memory build inside MCP unit and two CS units. The two CS database is used as
master controller for auto restoration.

3. Therefore only the 3 units are all damages then download to NE from NMS or PC is required.
