Literacy mapping among communities for potential learners is done each

The program works closely with local government unit, non-governmental
organizations, individual and potential partners for resource generation.
There is level of awareness and information dissemination among
communities on the ALS program ( presence of tarpaulin)
Kumustahan sa barangay is implemented
There is a memorandum of agreement among local officials to conduct
literacy sessions and use of learning center in the community
Parents, community and stakeholders are actively involved and share
responsibilities for developing lifelong learners
Awareness campaign which promotes advocacy and social mobilization is
observed, such as posting of tarpaulins, distribution of leaflets, radio
broadcasting and interviews, TV, posters, stickers and use of social

Portfolio assessment is utilized to learners to illustrates what a learner
knows, want to know and can do.
The program offers extracurricular activities such as sports, cleanliness drive
and tree planting.
The program offers completion/graduation program for learners who
completed and passed the accreditation and equivalency test.

There is a record of Potential learners thru mapping, an accomplished form ( AF1 ) which
is done in the beginning of the calendar year, a list of potential ALS learners identified
during mapping activities.
Enrolment form is filled by learners upon entering the program (AF2), which gives the
basic information sheet of individual who signified interest to enroll in ALS program.
There is a record generated from LIS or the AF3, which serve as a record of learners who
are officially enrolled in ALS classes and their individual assessment status
(completed/not completed) at the end of the program for calendar year.

There is a record for the master list of A&E registrants (AF4 ), A list of candidates qualified
to take the A&E accreditation and equivalency test.
There is a learners permanent record (AF5) given to the learners who requested at the
completion of the program
