SOIL APPLICATION
LF ASPHALT RANGE

Products LF60 LA/LAT, LF75, LF80 and LF100

• Compaction of thin asphalt layers

• Small repair
Applications • Maintenance work
• Confined areas
• Complement to small asphalt rollers
LF VIBRATION/MOVEMENT

 Via a centrifugal clutch fitted on the

engine shaft and a V-belt, down to a
pulley mounted on the shaft from the
eccentric element on the bottom
plate

a “fan” is integrated in the

pulley
LF TECHNICAL FEATURES

Foldable handle
Low vibration handle

Special v-belt
Air ventilation, fan integrated in pulley
Special washer enables to tighten the
v-belt from top (engine) side
LF TECHNICAL FEATURES
Bottom plates

 Housing and plate

– in one part, incl. sprinkler, shock absorbers,
etc.

 Maintenance free bearings

– High temperature grease ASONIC HQ72-
102. Temp. -40ºC to +180ºC
– Sealed bearings with double non-contact
seals
– NSK and SKF the only approved suppliers
LF FEATURES AND BENEFITS
 Water distribution system, patented solution
– No sprinkler tube!

 Water filling and regulation valve on top of tank

– Easy to move and fill water

 Lifting handles
– Two operators can lift the machine, one hand under the
edge of the engine base and one hand on the handle.
OPTIONS LF
 Block Paving (PUR plate)
– Used for compaction of stone paving

 Fork Lifting device (standard on LF130)

LF RANGE

 Three main arguments

– Speed
– Shape of plate and optimal water system
– Low vibration handle – best among all competitors
and standard on all machines
