Employee Management System has been developed.

To manage the key activities available for resources like applying leave,
fill timecard etc.

It will help to reduce the data redundancy, data loss.

To minimize the time consumption of the employee while performing

these cumbersome activities
To save both time and money for the organization.

To maintain the confidentiality of the data, security of the data.

The main objective of “Employee Management System” is to manage
employees for IT software company.
Employee of the company can access or view their details, manage
leaves, manage projects using this system.
This system saves the time of the employee.
The project has been designed to simulate the working of an actual
Employee management System.

Data Integration: This portal can manage all attributes related employee (Project
Assignment, Personal Details, Timesheet and Compensation related details etc.). This will
help to manage employees in single tool.
Share Information: This system will allow us to send message through the system to allow
for quick communication. E.g. Share information like leaves and employee performance
evaluations. We can provide restricted access so that every employee sees what they need
to see.
Easy Changes: EMS will allow to change employee information easily.
Keep Track Of Project Progress And Individual Employees.
