(1) Before disassembling

CAUTION
・Be careful not to directly touch any place where there is blood or it might
spread to.
・Wear rubber gloves to protect yourself from infection before doing
maintenance.

WARNING
・For your safety, before disassembling the hematology analyzer, wait for
approximately 1 minutes after turning off the main power switch always.

(1) Before disassembling
Before disassembly procedure,
perform strong cleaning with CLEANAC3
detergent!!
Purpose is protection from infection
and removing some proteins.

Built-in printer is installed.

Before removing the PV, check the position


of the sample tube. When Sampling Mode
is open mode, be especially careful with
the position.

Rotate the shaft by hand


until the top position
of sample tube
passing through the
Rinse.

If you don’t do this procedure,


the sample tube would bend
when you remove the PV.

Assembling MS-640V
Be careful assembling the MS unit.
Put the unit to the left as much as
possible.

After installing the MS unit, confirm the position of


Sampler and Rinse when you initialize it!
Connect the connector of cable to the socket of board
firmly.
Be careful

of the Electro Magnetic Valve of
the JQ-641V!!
Adjusting the position of

After MS-640V,MS-641V
and MR-640V are
disassembled, they are
needed adjusting.

Adjusting the position of
Sampler Unit and Rinse Unit
Select “UNIT MAINTE”.

Select “MS-640V”.

If this case is
OPEN Rinse,
select “INITIALIZE”.

If this case is Cap


Rinse, select
“PIERCE POS”.

Confirm position
of Sample tube
and Rinse unit
by hand.

using OPEN Rinse or
OPEN Rinse CAP rinse.

part of curved surface
down the inside in the
middle of parts.

New electro magnetic valve
are 2 type
•XP-602V for MC-640V only
No5 and No11
•XP-612V for others
Difference point is inside
rubber material
If you use XP-612V for MC-
640V (No5 or No11) then
PLT NOISE alarm will
appear

Remove 2 screws

Pull up connector contact Pull up lead and contact
holder softly by pin sets from connector

Be careful!
