Introduction
• Brazzers Scoot-It is a rental electric
bike service spread across the city.
Scoot-It is also available for sale to the
mass market.
• GPS Tracker tracks each bike while on
the move & every station is manned.
Payment made online only.
• Electric Batteries charged at every
charging station, i.e pick up & drop
stations.
Problems with the Product
• Very light in weight.

• Very few stations currently around the city.

• Less speed & high battery discharge rate while carrying heavy load.

• Zero Noise, making it difficult for others to detect its presence.


How competitors are doing?
• 1. India Electric Scooters Market Size is estimated to account for 7% of global share,
• registering 2.7X growth in revenue between 2018 and 2028.
• 2. The government has a 2030 target to transition the country entirely to electric
vehicles.
• 3. 4,50,000 electric two-wheelers were sold in India in the between 2008-1016.
• 4. Hero MotoCorp, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, TVS Motor, Mahindra Two
Wheelers,
• Yamaha & Bajaj Auto all have scheduled launches of electric two-wheelers in coming
year.
• 5. Hero MotoCorp working on developing Evs in house at it’s center in Jaipur.
• 6. TVS motor also developing electric scooter condenamed U218.
• 7. Bajaj auto has reportedly announced plan to launch new brand Urbanite for EVs.

Objective and Action

To become the company that has the good reputation and has
some market share at least 600 customers per month.

Our Action :
We focus on promotion strategies and build network with other
people such bike owner shops, tour company and charging point
shop owners.

Develop policies or contract with employee and customer. This


contract or policies can help us to deal with uncontrollable within
the company.

Provide special service , the good quality bikes and accessories,

We used our strength to make our company different from other Bike rental

Conclusion
In sum, making strategy to start up a business is easy, but

implement it to be the best and the successful one or not has been

becoming a tough performance to all types of business people. So,
