INTRODUCTION
Obesity can be measured by BMI. BMI is a calculation that takes
a person’s weight and height into account. However, BMI does
have some limitation because BMI cannot distinguish between
excess fat, muscle, or bone mass, nor does it provide any
indication of the distribution of fat among individuals.
DEFINITION
Obesity, in other word, it stands for overweight.
Obesity is a condition which excess fat
accumulate in the body due to lack of exercise
and overweight.
