years has brought requirements of renewal and capacity increase of existing networks
with new network demands which are a critical component for institutions.

2.4. MAINTENANCE SERVICES
We provide experienced and trusted printed circuit board and assembly repair services down
to the component level.

Once a repair has been made, repaired and sparing products are tested and verified via
telecom test equipment, functional testers and live systems that simulate real-time network
conditions to ensure the highest level of product reliability.

Our comprehensive certification services allow you to certify that any equipment, including
older stock, spare inventory or re-marketed products, is fully operational and deployable.

We maintain a broad portfolio of hundreds of products, including hard-to-repair items. with

little or no documentation, and our research and development team is continually augmenting
our repair capability and volume. New platforms can be quickly added, so there’s never an
issue about the ability to test and repair any type of equipment. This enables us to meet all of
our clients’ repair needs, significantly streamline the repair process and offer the most
competitive pricing in the industry.

We also offer support for critical maintenance spares to minimize network downtime and
potential revenue loss. Under this program, we stock new and redeployed equipment and co-
locate the inventory at the customers' facilities or in locations capable of quick logistical
response to the customers' network operations for immediate access.

Equipment
The Base Transmitter Station (BTS) is usually housed on the ground nearby the tower

Before cell phone tower construction can even begin, phone and power services
must be established at the site.
2.5. ASSET MANAGEMENT

Asset management program is designed to help customers maximize their capital budget by
substituting or exchanging equipment from the customer's existing inventory for equipment
that the customer requires. The equipment desired by the customer is supplied from our own
inventory or from our global database of inventory to which we contractually have access.
Exchange deals are typically executed for high demand infrastructure equipment.
