ABSTRACT:
• A system that transmits the information in public places
like railway stations through a wireless medium using high
frequency signals.

• A proposed system evolves an information signal is

broadcast by the transmitter device with the help of high
frequency signals and antennas at certain frequency.

• The signal covers a region that depends upon the station’s

area availability and it can be varied according to the need
of the range of railway junctions.
OBJECTIVE:

 An information as to be clearly audible to

the people in public places like railway
stations.

3
EXISTING SYSTEMS:

 Wired Public Address system

4
DISADVANTAGES:

 Not Audible
 High Cost
 Complicated System

5
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
 An input signals such as voice signals are given to the
transmitter through wired cables. Here the conversion of
voice signal into electrical pulses happens.

 Electrical Signals will be processed and converted into digital

forms that will be transmitted as high frequency radio signals
using frequency modulation schemes.

 The coverage region of the stations will be varied with help

of adjustable knobs will be an additional feature of this
system.

Why FM?
 Higher Bandwidth
 Power Efficient
 Noise Immunity was High
 No of Users
 Interference was low

TRANSMITTER – CIRCUIT:

9
STAGES OF OPERATION:

 Pre Amplifier

 Oscillator

 Modulator

 Amplifier

10
S1 – PRE AMPLIFIER:
 Converts week Electrical Signal into
strong signal enough for further
processing
 MIC – Condenser Mic

11
S2 – OSCILLATOR:
 Converting DC input (Supply Voltage) to
AC Output (Waveform)
 LC Tank Circuit
 Resonant Frequency :
𝑓 = 1/2𝜋√𝐿𝐶

12
S3 – MODULATOR:
 Encoding of Information in a Career
Wave by varying the instantaneous
frequency of the wave.

13
S4 – AMPLIFIER:
 Strengthening the signal in order to
transmit over antenna as a high frequency
signal.
