ELECTRONICS]
OBJECTIVE
• A new Algorithm optimized fuzzy controller will be
proposed for Load Frequency Control (LFC) of multi
area multi source system under deregulated
environment.
• The proposed method is tested on a two-area power
system.
• The results of the proposed controller will be
compared with the other controller types to illustrate
its robust performance.

INTRODUCTION
PROJECT BACKGROUND:
• In a power system, any sudden load change
causes the deviation of frequency and tie-line
power.
• Load Frequency Control (LFC)
major operation in power system operation and
control.
helps in supplying sufficient and reliable electric
power with good quality.
• The main aim of the LFC
maintain zero steady state errors for
frequency deviation
Tie-line power in a multi-area restructured
power system should be persistent.
• The real world power system contains
different kinds of uncertainties due to load
variations, system modeling errors and change
of the power system structure.
• Therefore, a new algorithm is formulated to
reduce the above mentioned constraints.
