designs
• Khaldeh – Dbayeh initial ESIA prepared in 2012
• Dbayeh - Okaibe expressway expropriation plan approved by way of decree
No. 2169 on 9/1/2018.

On-going
• Khaldeh – Dbayeh expressway decree at pre-final preparation stage
• Khalde - Dbayeh and Dbayeh - Okaibe expressways financial study is at 60 %
progress
• Khalde - Okaibe ESIA to start shortly
Next steps

To start the due diligence process for developing the expressway on a PPP basis
and decide on the following pressing issues:

1. Whether to execute the expressway as one project or split it into different


standalone sections
2. How to cover the project expropriation costs
