■ Formed in 1994.
■ Founding member is Dave Grohl, who was previously the drummer for Nirvana.
■ Debut and self titeled “Foo Fighters” album released in 1995, Dave Grohl played
accounts for all instruments and vocals in this album.
■ In 1997, The Colour and The Shape was released. This would be the first album by
the Foo Fighters as a fully constructed “band”
