Earlier Edelweiss end to end recruitment process was more of
paper related process
Entire Recruitment process starting from posting job vacancy
till end of hiring the candidate for role has been automated
with the help of technology named RMS (Recruitment
Management System of Edelweiss)
Employees & Recruiters are happy with new initiative made
by Head of HR
Key findings is Smooth process of recruitment through
technology in Edelweiss
