What is PDT?
(Brainstorm)
it is a training that prepares the outgoing for their exchange in
all its aspects
UAT

What is UAT?
(Brainstorming)
This is a training which is done on arrival/during the exchange that
prepares the incoming for their impending exchange. It serves as a
means to integrate the incoming well into the health system of the
hosting country.
Relevance

Brainstorm
•Make them more familiar with the exchange procedures
•Provide supports they need
•Minimize the work of LEOs and LOREs
•Better prepared outgoings/Incomings will make more out of their
exchanges!!
•Shows academic quality within the exchange
•Proof for faculties
⇒ One step towards recognition from the university!
HOW TO ORGANIZE A PDT/UAT?
Things to consider:
-Participation
-Date/Timing
-Accommodation/Location
-Material and Human Resource eg. Trainers, Past
Exchange students
-Finance

• Can be separated in 2 trainings (preferred) or be deducted as one
big training
• Preparation for the exchange through trainings, workshops, raising
awareness
- Can also include soft skill trainings
