different activities which demand the use of

impact on the lives or work of other people,
whether in the immediate organization or in
the external environment.
Autonomy :-

 The job provide substantial freedom,


independence, and discretion to the individual
in scheduling the work and in determining the
procedures to be used in carrying it out.
 Autonomy deals with the amount of freedom
that employees can exercise in their job.

 Pay plays a significant role in influencing job


satisfaction this is because of two reasons.
 First, money is an important instrument in
fulfilling one’s; need two; employees.

concern for them.

 Promotion opportunities affect job satisfaction


considerably.
 The desire for promotion is generally strong

promotion in his entire service

related to job satisfaction in any organisations

 Working condition that’s are compatible with


an employees physical comfort and that
facilitate doing a good job contribute to job
satisfaction.
 Temperature humidity , ventilation, lighting
and ,noise ,hours of works cleanliness of the
work place .

 The degree to which carrying out the work


activities required by the job result in the
individual being given direct and clear
information about the effectiveness of his or
her performance.
