WHO WE ARE

FEP GROUP
• Currently, with its headquarters in Senoko, Singapore, FEP Group has
operations spanning Singapore and Peninsular Malaysia.
• FEP Group currently operates 7 corrugators across the region.
• FEPG has capitalized on its principle of providing great service as the main
driving force for its growth.
• FEPG’s activities are characterised by a genuine respect for the laws of the
land, respect for the rights of individuals and high standards of ethical
behaviour.
• For short turnaround time, we have set up a pre press department in each of
our carton plants to cast liquid photopolymer plates in-house. Used in our flexo
presses, we are able to achieve high quality prints in double quick time.
• FEPG are constantly looking for ways to innovate our products, upgrade our
infrastructure, and widen our capabilities.

FEPI MELAKA
• FAR EAST is incorporated on 30th January 1990.
• It’s core business is packaging material.
• The plant is located at Lot 16-19,(Jalan Industry 17), Kawasan Perindustrian
Alor Gajah,78000 Alor Gajah ,Melaka.
• The plant comprises of office building,production floor,storage area, boiler
water treatment and glue kitchen area.

OUR BUSINESS

• Far East Packaging takes pride in being a leading manufacturer of corrugated

cartons in Singapore and Malaysia in providing superior, consistent quality;
short turn-around time and reliable, on time delivery.
• Aware of the importance of quality and efficiency, we are constantly upgrading
our equipment to fulfill our customers' demand for quality.
• Setting ourselves apart from the competitors, our arsenal include 1600 meter
machine and 2200 meter machine boards in length, as well as machines with
process board.
• Final product performance testing; tests conducted include: Edge Crush Test,
Burst test and Box Compression.
• Type of corrugated machine are single facer A,B, and E.

• Corrugated Board has two main components.
• The linerboard is the flat paper that makes up both sides of the board and the
medium is the fluted paper in between the liners.

OUR SERVICES
Sample Design
• Sample designing to suit all your packaging needs are available from our
production department.
• Provide us with your packaging requirements and we will pack it in a box for
you.
Fullfillment Packaging
• This is part of our commitment to add value to the raw materials through
various processes, and sell finished value added products to our customers.
Final Product Performance Testing
• Using TAPPI approved testing methods and machinery, the performance of the
final product is ensured and maintained.
• Tests conducted include: Edge Crush Test, Burst test and Box Compression and
Drop tests IAW TAPPI standards.
