Those who received God’s love

produce relationships filled with
godly love.
What are the products of God’s
love in all relationships?
 I. GOD’S LOVE BRINGS
SINNERS TO CHRIST (vv. 7-10)
Relationship with God:
It makes us right with God.

Change of the condition of our

heart. It must come first!
 II. GOD’S LOVE ABOLISHES
SELFISH COMMITMENTS (vv. 11-12)
Relationship with Christ:
It makes us committed to Christ.

Change of our sense of purpose.

We will now live for others.
III. GOD’S LOVE BREAKS OUR
SELF-CONFIDENCE (vv. 13-18)
Relationship with the Spirit:
It makes us confident on the Day
of Judgment.

Change of our object of trust and

confidence. We become courageous in
facing the challenges of life and future.
 IV. GOD’S LOVE BREEDS
LOVERS, NOT HATERS (vv. 19-21)
Relationship with Others:
It makes us prioritize good
relationships with others.

Change of our attitude and behaviors.

We will be more humble and forgiving.
Conclusion:

When a person truly receive

God’s love, hate will no longer
reign over his heart.

Haters gonna hate, but lovers

gonna love because they have
the love of God.
 If we have received the love of
God, all our relationships will be
filled with godly love, because
God’s love is the answer!
