then a dispute between managers of

• A matrix organisation is a structure in
which there is more than one line of
reporting managers. Effectively, it means
that the employees of the organisation
have more than one boss

1. Designing and operating information and control system


2. Preparing financial statements and financial reports for
shareholders and other external parties
3. Preparing and analyzing performance reports, program
and budget proporsals then consolidating into annual
budget.
