DESCRIPTION
As per report of the advisers of Grade 7-10 of the school from
June 2017-September 2017, 73 out of 330 Junior High School
learners or 24.30% were tagged as academically/behaviorally
challenged. The said Junior High School students were the ins
and outs of the guidance office, having unruly behaviors, habitual
latecomers and absentees’ being reflected in the School Form 1 of
the school. It is in this context that the proponent introduces an
intervention and hopeful to be successful at the end of six (6)
months.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES
-Lessen at least 80-90% of 73 academically/behaviorally challenged thru parental involvement in school;

-to inspire and guide parents to renew their parenting roles,


functions and responsibilities in eradicating the menace of
unruliness and other common behavioral problem of
respondents;

-Enhance the ACCESS, RETENTION, COMPLETION and


ACHIEVEMENT of 73 respondents;

-Craft/Adopt teaching/parenting techniques of the 73


academically/behaviorally/challenged respondents.

The priority improvement areas lodged in this project
that I want to enhance in our treasured school are the
following:

1. Guided parental Involvement for those identified


behaviorally/academically challenged students;
2. Increase participation rate;
3. Raise achievement rate;
4. Lessen tardiness/absenteeism;
5. Enhance student-parent relationship; and
6. Craft teaching strategies suited to those learners
with challenged condition.
