 Checking Quality Criteria Of Vendor :-

• Dimensions checking by Atlas Honda with the help of :

• Venire caliper.
• Snap gauge.
• Air plug gauge.

• Checking its strength with the help of machine like hardness testing
machines.

• There is also some tolerance for dimension.

• Rejection rate is 0.1%.

• High tech machines are not available for better finishing.

• Lack of skilled workers as they are not capable of doing all

maintenance so Pak spring have to call the team from outside due to
which there is loss of production.

• When there is loss of production industry engaged workers for

overtime due to which there is an employee turnover

• Lack of training , that’s why sometimes a part is damaged.

• No motivation is present in company. Employees are just there for

spending their time.

• Treating the symptom instead of doing an RCA is a common problem.
