HRD:Human Resource Development (HRD) is the
framework for helping employees develop their
personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and
abilities.
Climate: This is an overall feeling that is conveyed by
the physical layout, the way employees interact and the
way members of the organization conduct themselves
with outsiders.
Culture: It refers to the deep structure of organizations,
which is rooted in the values,belifs and assumptions
