OBJECTIVES:
This training is designed to foster
leadership skills through
teamwork for junior and senior
high school students.
As a result of participating in this
program, the students will be
able to:

1. Identify own leadership strengths and
areas to improve;
2. Communicate fundamental values
and beliefs;
3. Focus people’s efforts on key values
through own action;
4. Express image of the future;
5. Inspire others to share a common
vision;
OBJECTIVES:
6. Search for opportunities to take the
risks needed for growth;
7. Build collaboration, teamwork, and
trust;
8. Strengthen the ability of others to
excel;
9. Recognize the accomplishments of
others; and
10. Make work enjoyable while still
working hard.
Training Rules:
1. Attend the sessions;
2. Always wear your name tags;
3. Listen attentively;
4. Take down notes. When you
hear, you forget;
5. Participate actively;
Training Rules:
6. Allow yourself to react. It’s a sign
that you are learning something
from the activity;
7. Don’t hang up with words. It
doesn’t help the learning process;
8. Avoid prejudices – keep an open-
mind;
9. Observe discipline; and
10. Observe confidentiality
