Based on research I have conducted, I believe that Vaccines should be mandatory.
Vaccines have an excellent safety profile and are governed by a rigorous set of federal regulations.
Vaccines help control the breakouts of various diseases
Since putting vaccines into place there have been cases were diseases were noted to be eradicated
or extremely rare in the US.
● Polio
● Smallpox
Routine vaccinating is very important to protect the general health and ourselves.
Many people worry about the scheduling of vaccinations. (The scheduling is too crowded and could
be overwhelming for the immune system.) However; The amount of bacteria that can be found inside
the body once being vaccinated is far less than the count of bacteria that can be found inside of the
during an actual infection.
Any repercussions that seem to be related to vaccinations are already pre-
linked to the person’s genetics.
One of the most discussed topics regarding vaccines is whether or not vaccinations are linked to
diseases such as Autism.
Autism is a serious developmental disorder that impairs the ability to communicate and interactions,
this impacts the nervous system. Autism is recognized by difficulty with communication, difficulty
with social interactions, obsessive interests and repetitive behaviors.
The ingredient specifically studied for the link between the two is known as Thimerosal. (Mercury
based preservative used to separate multi-dose immunizations.
Thimerosal hasn’t been linked to the cause of Autism; but has shown to be more genetically linked
than anything.
Boys are more likely to have Autism than girls, and older couples are more likely to have an Autistic
Conclusion
After conducting research, I have concluded that Vaccines should be mandatory because they are
safe and effective, they help control the breakout of numerous diseases, and they are not linked to
Autism.
It is important that we continue to seek credible information regarding vaccines to help preserve the
health or ourselves and general public.
