 Proposed system contains huge bulk of database as course details,learner
information, and study materials.

 For grouping these database data mining concepts gives better idea. Like
association rule helps for proper recommendation and administration

 System has good interaction between learner and faculty.

 System provides security to learning material and candidate as well.

 System reaches up to some extends to provide better knowledge, better

experience using digital learning.

 This E-learning platform comes up with huge data as student
records, learning courses record, course materials.

 Course material are having in the form of textual data like

journals, books etc and in the form of visualizations like mp4
videos.

 E-learning can able to reduce learning costs, motivate employees,

improve flexibility of course delivery, it expands the capabilities
of the business, and it make learning available anytime,
anywhere.

 Proposed System
Proposed E-learning system has been divided into two modules:

(i) Admin Panel

(ii) Faculty panel
(iii) Learner Panel.

 Learner can learn easily, flexibly on any-time, at any-where.

 For the proper communication between learner and Faculty we have designed these
two panels in simplest way.

 Faculty or Admin panel has task as admission for new candidate , assign login ID to
login into system, this task maintains more security from third person in the system.

 Faculty can assist to the learner and observes learner behavior. Study materials can be
uploaded by admin panel only so that system prevents from fake data.

 Faculty members can solve learners query and reply the solution back to learner on
learners pole.

 MODULE DESCRIPTION

Topic details:
This module is mainly considered for adding details of the
subject, sub subject, subtitle, topic, video and images and version. So that it can be
easily added to the database with any duplication of the data.

Topic Content:
Topic content can be display in the mind map images and
video can be used in this module.

Manage Information :
Admin can solve learners query and reply the solution back to learner on learners
pole. The most important task is course management is handled by admin panel.

Learners :

Learner have to send application to admin then admin generates login ID

password and send it to learners email-ID, so that user account gets more confidential.

Learner can learn course study material, learner can ask any queries to the
faculty , so that proper communication between learner and faculty is carried out. Learner
attend the assessments for percentage of knowledge.

Request Topic :
The admin view the requests of the learners for a particular topic
content and the security key is generated for the user requested content.

View Topic:

After generation of the security key the admin sends the key to the
learner who requested for that topic content. The learners are allowed to view the
requested content with this security key.

 In this module, learners can clarify their queries from the admin.
Learners will be getting immediate clarification for their doubt from the admin.

 This module makes secure learning with one to one live online tutoring.
Online education with the tutor for practice help, exam help and so on.

Query Solving:

 This module, query replies are send back to the learner in a descriptive
manner by the admin who pursing through online.

 It is very well explained and concluded by the domain expert. While

consulting the information provided by the expert system, the explanation module
elucidates why the expert system reached its conclusion.
