BIOGRAPHY
 CARRIER
After he is graduated from Analyst Vocational School he continued to work in private
laboratory and got salary Rp. 40.000, because his opinion it was not satisfied, finally he
choosed to accepted an offering to be Civil Servant (PNS) which is located in Jl.
Percetakan Negara in 1988. While working he continued his education again, he majored
in education for the first degree (S1) and he majored in public health for the second
degree (S2). He was graduated in 2003. After one year he was an Civil Servant (PNS),
he was moved in POLTEKKES until now.
• At the beginning of work in POLTEK he was as
a typist and mailman. Then, he was a teacher or an
instructor. Then, he was a lecturer and he followed
SERTIFIKASI, it was a feasibility test to become a
lecturer.

In POLTEKKES, besides he was given a duty to

teach, he was also given a duty in making schedule.
Then, he was a coordinator of student and
education. Then, he was a majoring secretary in one
period. Then, he becomed Head of the Department
of D3 Analyst in one period then he becomed Head
of the Department until now.
 When he served as coordinator
of student and he served for a long
time, so it could be also close to his
students. He participated in the
development of student. At that time
are famous break dance and music
and he participated in the student
activity and he also taught to be
diligent and serious on their talents.
Besides he taught in
POLTEKKES, he also ever taught in
Public Health Faculty in Respati
Indonesia University.
