SITE SAFETY ASSESSMENT
The law states that a site safety assessment
must be conducted prior to work commencing.
Failure to comply with the law may result in
injuries to workers.
HOW?
• The SSA must be completed before any work
starts.
• The purpose is to identify hazards.
• The SSA form will help remind you of what
types of hazards or situations may be present.
