• 9am-7pm
– All Students will eat in
classrooms

– Gym will be used for

• Teachers will bring students when called by
classroom during their respective grade block.

• Teachers MUST monitor their own students in


the bleachers during pick-up.

• Students will return to class with their


Chromebooks to begin use.
Schedule
• 9:00am-11:00am 8th Grade

11:00am-11:30am Lunch for IT Dept

• 11:30am-1:30pm 6th Grade

• 2:00pm-4:00pm 7th Grade

• 5:00pm-7:00pm All Grades

*Parents May Purchase Insurance & Pick-Up

Plan For Non-Participants

1. Establish a media center checkout plan for


students that don't pick-up a Chromebook
2. Allow each teacher to keep 3-5 Chromebooks
in the classroom for student use
3. Purchase insurance for the students that can't
afford the payment
4. Do Nothing
Important Notes

• Parents/Students must show confirmation


receipts upon arrival
• Parents are encouraged to pay online prior to
Distribution Day

• Interpreters must be present
