COMPANY PROFILE
The DMS STORES of podanur railway is an
office where the supply of goods materials is
supplied to the railways. The main administrator
of the dms stores in podanur railway station is
MR.SHANKAR.
The good materials are placed in the office
and its quantity of the materials is supplied to the
railways.
EXISTING SYSTEM

 The Existing System processed in a text

oriented programming language with
security. But it has a drawback that it doesn’t
behave as User friendly.
 The existing system uses ms access database
as back end and vb as a front end.
 DRAWBACKS OF EXISTING SYSTEM

 It has a drawback that it doesn’t behave as User

friendly and if problem exists the solution to solve is
difficult.
 Security problem in database.

 Does not provide LAN connection transfer while

using ms access
PROPOSED SYSTEM

 The proposed system overcomes the drawback by

using the software framework which is user friendly
and easily solvable than before.

 MODULE DESCRIPTION
 CONTRACT AGREEMENT:
The contract agreement has the details about
the contractor, company name and his address
to contact the contractor.
 INDENT:
The indent has the fields like railway and
contract supply of the contractor. The contract
supply is defined as the materials arranged by a
private concern. The railway supply is arranged
by the DMS stores
 ISSUES:
In the issue module, the quantity of the
materials are added or subtracted as per the
process and the quantity is evaluated in the next
process of the work.
 RECEIPT:
The quantity of the items are described in the
receipt. It is like preparing a chart before and
after the delivery of the goods materials.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

 Step 1: Install Microsoft visual studio 2008

 Step 2: Create the forms and its fields.
 Step 3: Install Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and set
appropriate class path.
 Step 4: Create the database with revealant
privileges, and import the database. The database
is maintained in the server.

 The project entitled “Contract Control

Management System “ has been developed as per
the requirements of DMS Stores,podanur
railways Coimbatore.
 The administrator of DMS Stores,podanur
railways Coimbatore have welcomed the
“Contract Control Management System”
application software.
