Carbohydrates or sugars are molecules whose main
function is to provide the energy that the body needs.
These nutrients are the immediate source of energy for
the body, because it quickly unfolds forming glucose, the
main source of energy.

• Unsaturated fats
VITAMINS
They are the substances that we need in small quantities, but
whose lack in the diet cause various diseases. The majority
of them can not be synthesized by our organism, therefore
they must be taken in the diet.
• Nutrients are the substances we need for the proper functioning of our body and are
obtained from food.
