 “A” Coil provides post close supervision while A & B Coil


provide pre-close supervision.
 “C” Element is provided with delay on drop off to prevent
false alarms on mommentary dip in DC Voltage.

P – Protection Burden, M – Metering Burden


R – Fuse Failure relay
 Detects only secondary fuse failure.
 High Speed operation. Used to monitor VT supply to
Distance relay to block tripping & sound alarm on VT Fuse
Failure.
