Use of Trafficked Person for Prision Correccional in its maximum period
Prostitution to prision mayor or six (6) years to twelve (12)

The “prescriptive period” is counted from the day the trafficked
person is delivered or released from the condition of bondage, and

(P5,000,000.00) and imprisonment of reclusion perpetua or forty
(40) years imprisonment with no possibility of parole
What are the mandatory services to
trafficked persons?
“(1) Temporary housing and food facilities;
“(2) Psychological support and counseling;
“(3) 24-hour call center for crisis calls and
technology-based counseling and referral system;
“(4) Coordination with local law enforcement
entities; and
“(5) Coordination with the Department of Justice,
among others.
