 PROCEDURE
• To trip and shut down SCSV & SCSSSV, use
drain valve.
• To open both SCSV & SCSSSV, open both SCSV
& Gate Valve isolation valves and then pump
from pump unit.
• To open only one of SCSV or SCSSSV, isolate
one of the SCSV or SCSSSV Isolation Valve.
• To place CCU unit on auto, open pilot isolation
valve
 PLACE CCU ON AUTO
• Shut well at WV & FL valve
• Ensure pilot isolation valve is on manual
(closed position)
• Gradually open WV and introduce pressure LT
high and GT low pilot set points (500psi)
• Open pilot isolation valve to place well on
auto.
• Open wv & FLV such that low and high set
points are not exceeded.
