Recruitment
• The first step in IBM's application process is to take an online
test.
• The test assesses problem solving and rapid learning skills.
• If candidates pass the test they are invited for interviews.

Compensation
• Employees enter in band of 7A.
• Annual compensation is around 9 to 15 lakhs per annum.
• Compensation consists of Basic Pay and Variable Pay.
TRAINING
• CBD career development is broken into four six-month
quadrants.
• Each quadrant focuses on specific objectives and
includes a blend of classroom education and
developmental project assignments.
• In the 1st year Assigned to shorter-term projects across
different sectors.
• In the 2nd year, employees work with manager to
develop a path to a specialty area.
