1. The Platform of Indonesian Cooperative is


Pancasila.
2. The Structural Platform and the groundwork of
the Indonesian Cooperative is Article 33 Paragraph (1)

companies.

3. Government Regulation No. 4 of 1994 about
Requirements and Procedures of Ratification of
Establishment Deed and Alteration of Basic
Budget of Cooperatives.
Cooperatives need to be given the status of legal entity
in order to perform its functions and roles effectively. To
obtain the status of a legal entity the cooperative must
obtain a deed of establishment that has been approved
by the government. The alteration of basic budget of
cooperatives also need government ratification and
need to be announce in local mass media.
